Distance Contract
This agreement is made between Racket Valet, hereinafter referred to as “Seller” and a person or entity that orders Services on Racket Valet Website and has accepted the terms of this agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
Subject to this agreement, Seller agrees to provide the Service that Customer has ordered electronically on Racket Valet Website.
Service is priced according to price list that is published on Racket Valet Website. Seller may change prices at any time without prior notice
1. Delivery and payment terms
Customer selects the Service and places the order on Racket Valet Website. Seller prepares the invoice and sends it via e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without signature,
The applicable Service charges including taxes are shown in the online payment form or on the invoice, before Customer makes the payment.
The accepted methods of payment are credit card payments. Customer is responsible for any additional transaction fees that coincide with any payment methods.
Service is priced according to price list that is published on Racket Valet Website. Seller may change prices at any time without noticing.
2. Warranty
The warranty of products and services that can be purchased on the online store is provided in accordance with the warranty conditions, specified by manufacturer, but not less than 2 years.
3. The right of withdrawal
Consumer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. All rights to withdraw from the agreement will be lost if the customer does not exercise the right within 14 days of entering this agreement. To withdraw from the agreement, Consumer must send a withdrawal letter to Seller.
Consumer should return the product to the Seller within 7 days after the withdrawal letter has been sent. All the expenses of returning Services should be covered by Consumer.
The Consumer can not use the right of withdrawal if the product is damaged by Consumer or if it has been used in an inappropriate way.
The Consumer Rights Protection Law of Republic of Latvia, Section 12, Part 11 declares that “The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods”. Therefore, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the right to withdraw or withhold payment of compensation in case if the product is damaged, if the instructions of usage of the product are lost or the original package of the product is significantly damaged.
4. Data processing
By entering all the required information while forming the order, Customer confirms that he has read Terms and Conditions, and agrees that his data are used by Seller to take orders and deliver the Services according to the current legislation. While entering personal information, the Customer agrees to receive notices about processing the order.

Pārdevējs patur tiesības atteikt pakalpojumu ikvienam bez paskaidrojuma, paziņojot to Klientam pa e- pastu vai telefonu, un atgriežot naudu.

Lietojot šo Mājaslapu, jūs piekrītat procesiem, kas šeit aprakstīti, un garantējat, ka visi jūsu norādītie dati ir pareizi.

Distances līgums
Šī vienošanās ir noslēgta starp Racket Valet, turpmāk tekstā «Pārdevējs», un fizisku vai juridisku personu, kura pasūta pakalpojumus Racket Valet mājas lapā, un ir pieņēmusi šī līguma noteikumus, turpmāk tekstā «Klients».
Saskaņā ar šo līgumu, Pārdevējs piekrīt nodrošināt Pakalpojumu, kuru Klients ir pasūtījis elektroniski Racket Valet Mājaslapā.
Pakalpojuma cena tiek noteikta saskaņā ar cenrādi, kas ir publicēts Racket Valet Mājaslapā. Pārdevējs var mainīt cenas jebkurā laikā bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma.
1. Piegādes un apmaksas noteikumi
Klients izvēlas Pakalpojumu un veic pasūtījumu Racket Valet Mājaslapā. Pārdevējs sagatavo rēķinu un nosūta to pa e-pastu. Rēķins ir sagatavots elektroniski un ir derīgs bez paraksta.
Piemērojamās Pakalpojuma izmaksas, ieskaitot nodokļus, ir norādītas tiešsaistes maksājumu formā vai rēķinā, pirms Klients veic maksājumu. Pieņemamās maksājumu metodes ir kredītkaršu maksājumi. Klients ir atbildīgs par jebkādām papildu transakcijas izmaksām.
Pakalpojumam tiek piemērota cena saskaņā ar cenrādi, kas ir publicēts Racket Valet Mājaslapā. Pārdevējs var mainīt cenas jebkurā brīdī bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma.
2. Garantija
Interneta veikalā iegādājamo produktu un pakalpojumu garantija tiek nodrošināta saskaņā ar ražotāja izstrādātajiem garantijas nosacījumiem, bet ne mazāk kā 2 gadi.
3. Atteikuma tiesības
Klientam ir tiesības atteikties no šī līguma 14 dienu laikā, nesniedzot nekādu pamatojumu. Visas tiesības atkāpties no līguma tiks zaudētas, ja klients neizmanto tiesības 14 dienu laikā pēc šīs vienošanās stāšanās spēkā. Lai atteiktos no līguma, Klientam jānosūta atsaukuma vēstule Pārdevējam.
Klientam jāatgriež preci Pārdevējam 7 dienu laikā pēc atteikuma vēstules nosūtīšanas. Visi izdevumi, kas saistīti ar preču un pakalpojumu atgriešanu, jāsedz Klientam. Klients nevar izmantot atteikuma tiesības, ja produkts ir bojāts Klienta vainas dēļ, vai, ja tas ir izmantots neatbilstošā veidā.
Latvijas Republikas Patērētāju aizsardzības likuma 12. panta 11. daļa paredz, ka «Patērētājs ir atbildīgs par preces vērtības samazināšanos, ja prece izmantota citā nolūkā, nevis preces rakstura, īpašību un darbības noskaidrošanai». Līdz ar to Pārdevējs patur tiesības nepieņemt Klienta atteikumu vai arī ieturēt maksājumu kā kompensāciju gadījumos, ja produkts ir bojāts, ja produkta lietošanas instrukcija ir pazaudēta vai produkta oriģinālais iepakojums ir būtiski bojāts.
4. Datu apstrāde
Ievadot visu nepieciešamo informāciju pasūtījuma veikšanas laikā Klients apliecina, ka viņš ir izlasījis Noteikumus un nosacījumus, un piekrīt, ka viņa datus Pārdevējs izmanto, lai izpildītu pasūtījumu un piegādātu produktu vai pakalpojumu saskaņā ar spēkā esošo likumdošanu. Ievadot personas datus, Klients piekrīt saņemt paziņojumus par pasūtījuma apstrādi.
